All payments, changes and cancellations for hotel accommodations will be handled directly by the housing bureau.
We strongly recommend booking your accommodation through the EFORT Housing Bureau, MCI. If you look for bedrooms via the hotels directly, they might show as fully booked. However, the Housing Bureau, MCI, might still have availability with the blocks they have reserved for EFORT.
Please be aware of possible scams that are trying to take advantage of the EFORT 2026 Congress participants and exhibitors, offering all type of services. Note that EFORT does not send emails via Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail accounts.
