EFORT ANNUAL CONGRESS LYON 2025 GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to [email protected].

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• For cancellations received prior to Wednesday 23 April 2025, midnight CET, deposits will be refunded less 25% administrative charge. 
• After this date, no refunds will be possible.
• For any name change, a fee of € 40 will be charged.

CONFIRMATION

Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, we will send out a confirmation of payment and registration.

GROUP REGISTRATION

In order to make a group registration please find the group registration policy at the EFORT Congress official online registration platform. It contains all important information as well as the link to start the registration process. In case of questions, please contact the Congress Secretariat: [email protected].

INVITATION LETTER

The organisers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration and payment have been received. It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants obtaining a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the congress to provide any financial support. You may request such a letter during the online registration

NAME CHANGES

For any change of names, a fee of € 40 will be charged. A handling fee of 40 EUR per registration will be charged for every registration modification received.

PAYMENT METHODS

All fees for congress registration and additional courses should be paid in Euro (€) in advance to the Congress Secretariat of EFORT 2025, clearly stating the participant’s name and registration number.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARDS

Only Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted. Please note that the merchant name that would appear on your credit card statement would be “MCI Group Satigny CHE".
In some particular cases, payment by credit card may not be available.

From Thursday 24 April 2025, only payments by credit card will be accepted.

Accredited journalists are welcome to cover EFORT 2025. Please send your Press identification to [email protected] for the registration.

The registration fee for participants includes:

• Admission to Scientific Sessions.
• Access to all the Industry Symposia.
• Access to the Opening / Award Ceremony.
• Admission to the Industry Exhibition.
• Certificate of Attendance.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Responsibility
The participant acknowledges that he / she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
