MCI Suisse SA is the official congress partner for hotel accommodation and is the only agency offering accommodation on behalf of the 26th EFORT Congress Lyon 2025.
Hotels occasionally publish online or last-minute promotion rates for a limited number of rooms which may vary from the prices contracted for this congress.

We can offer you great deals in a wide range of hotels in the vicinity of the congress venue and all over the city of Hamburg. Early booking is highly recommended as rooms typically sell fast in prime locations and hotels have limited capacities.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION
In order to make a hotel reservation, please:
- Access the official EFORT Congress Lyon 2025 online registration platform that will be launch in January 2025.
- Click "Accommodation" button to make your preliminary choice.
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
Participants can book their hotel room online through the registration platform, a deposit covering the first night or the full stay will be required depending on the selected hotel.
The deposit can be settled directly online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or by bank transfer.
After a successful reservation, you will receive a written confirmation by e-mail. When checking out, all extras (mini-bar, telephone charges, room service, etc.) must be settled with the hotel directly.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
Small and Large Groups can book their hotel rooms online through the registration platform. To receive a personalised offer we invite you to complete the Group Accommodation booking form. Depending on the selected hotel, different Terms and Conditions will apply.

PAYMENT POLICY
All payments are to be made in Euro. VAT may increase without notice and any such change will be reflected in final rates.
From Thursday 24 April 2025, only payments by credit card will be accepted.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARDS
Only Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted. Please note that the merchant name that would appear on your credit card statement would be “MCI Group Satigny CHE".
In some particular cases, payment by credit card may not be available.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUES
Please note that payments by personal cheques are not accepted.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Cancellations
For cancellations made before 15 March 2025, a handling fee of EUR 60 applies. Cancellations received after 15 March 2025 will be charged in full. Cancellations of individual nights (i.e. date changes) are also
considered as cancellations and will be charged as such. Requests for refunds may be considered after the conference if the room has been resold (either by Congrex or the hotel).

There are an increasing number of fraudulent websites impersonating the annual EFORT Congress Lyon 2025 and we would like to warn all participants to be aware of possible scams and strongly advise that you only use the official housing agency, MCI Suisse SA, when making reservations.
